Nicky was diagnosed with secondary breast cancer as her first diagnosis, whereas Laura's initial diagnosis was primary breast cancer and then later on was diagnosed with secondary. 

This video highlights how everyone's experience of breast cancer is different. There is no set path through the diagnoses. 

Throughout October, we are persistently reminded out the signs of primary breast cancer, to keep checking our breasts and to catch the signs early. We know how checking regularly has saved so many lives.

Oftentimes, secondary breast caner is sidelined, and the signs to look out for here, forgotten about. It is just as important to look out for secondary breast cancer, as catching the red flags early can make a massive difference.
