Future Dreams House
Having launched in October 2021, Future Dreams House is the largest and only breast cancer support centre in the UK. Located at Kings Cross in London, just a five-minute walk from the station, it enables visitors to access all in-person services with excellent transport links.
Future Dreams House offers practical, physical, and emotional support for those touched by breast cancer in a variety of workshops on nutritional advice, life coaching and body confidence as well as studio classes for yoga, body strengthening and physio, to name a few.
A breast care nurse is available weekly in person and online, plus a Bra Lounge is open every week for fittings and post-surgery/prosthesis advice by a lingerie expert. Community events at the House include Black Women Rising, Younger Women With Breast Cancer, Secondary Breast Cancer events, book club and coffee mornings, all ensuring that nobody faces breast cancer alone.
As well as offering group therapies, classes and workshops in November 2022 Future Dreams House launched 1-2-1 therapies for visitors touched by breast cancer. We have four beautiful naturally lit treatment rooms on our third floor with disabled access and a disabled treatment room.
They like to include a variety of touch therapies at Future Dreams House from oncology body massage, oncology facials, oncology hand and nail treatments plus the menopause touch therapists, all of which are included in the Jennifer Young treatments training. It is important to have Jennifer Young trained therapists on board for their 1-2-1 treatments at Future Dreams House, ensuring their visitors have experts in giving oncology therapies to those touched by breast cancer.
